Margaret joined the Starkey Family in February 1995 as an accountant and was later promoted to lead the Finance team in early 2000. As the head of the Finance team, Margaret is responsible for the company's P&L, budget, treasury, pricing, and discounts, and more.

For Margaret, one of the most rewarding aspects of her role is being a business partner who can provide financial data to support sound business decisions, always considering the needs and impacts on all stakeholders.

With almost her entire career spent at Starkey, Margaret has enjoyed being part of a team that is dedicated to serving customers and patients with care and compassion. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Krakow, Poland.
